One start only because I can’t give it zero.
Where to start? Astonishingly poor performance. I have less than 500 MB of my own files stored and there is not enough space on the hard drive for updates. It crawls through even basic computing tasks. Even basic streaming taxes this computer and it regularly just gives up. I bought this because I had good luck with Toshiba in the past. No idea that happened since, but this laptop is an absolute dud.

Good for internet surfing only...
Absolutely zero storage. Brand new and I tried to install Office and there wasn't enough room even though I don't have a single thing saved on this laptop.Picture is only good from up close and at and certain angle. Picture is terrible and I'm not even a picky person.Keyboard is nice. Volume keys are easily accessible. But I would never buy this again. It's useless.
