Keeps hands safe in the oven and on stove top
These extra long, extra safe oven mitts do a great job, whether you're lifting a heavy turkey out of the oven or picking up a big pot of boiling water. We've had a pair for several years and they're as good as new. I bought these for my son and his wife and feel relieved that they'll be safer in the kitchen. Terrific product!

Duncan Chef's Mitts
Wonderful - flexible, sturdy, covers part of arms. Best I've ever had. Bought for gift-giving. Clean them in the dishwasher.

Greatest oven mitts I ever owned
No matter haw long the average over mitt I purchased the padding never really protected from the heat. These are totally awesome, I actually, spilled a boiling syrup on my hand while wearing. I was able to put the pot aside, and get my hand and glove to the sink and just run cold water on it. I didn't realize that my hand was totally unharmed. If I had been wearing the other type of mitt, I most likely would have at least 2nd degree burns. Not only saved my hand but the mitt just washed up beautifully and looks as good as new. I recommend highly for anyone who works with hot substance, on the stove or in the oven. I have been burned and it is agony, never want it to happen again. Yes they cost more but they will be the last pair of oven mitts you buy. (wish I could give 10 stars)

Great Oven Mitt
This is my second pair of Duncan mitts. I love the extra length as it gives more protection of your arms from the oven heat. The mitts are very well madeand more flexible than bulkie cloth mitts. I and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

I actually wish I had purchased something else. These are nice, but not very flexible and I accidentally let the top of a mitt touch a burner and it melted immediately. Bummer. I'll stick with regular oven mitts from now on and when they get gross, I will have an excuse to buy cute new ones!
