Tecumseh 12 Volt Starter Kit - 5 to 10 HP

They're assuming I know what to do (WRONG)... and I don't blame you for my lack of knowledge. There was no schematic or directions on how to work this. No serial or model numbers to Google it. And WORST of ALL... I received it POSTAGE DUE!!!! WHY did I pay for shipping????
