Great replacement for use in metal door frames
I bought these to replace missing ones in metal door frames at businesses and they worked wonderful. I do a lot of painting and noticed how loud the door sounds when they are crushed or missing. I decided to try these since they were fairly inexpensive and they met my expectations. They were easy to install them in the metal frames. Now the doors are quiet when the close.

If you hollow metal door and frame without these silencers-get them. Get theses before adjusting closer. Slamming noise down 90%.

They do what they say they do
Good product. And they’re clearly some sort of universal size, because they fit just like the old ones from 2007 — when my condo was built — which had dried up or cracked and fallen into the door frame.
