Regret buying this because after a few weeks its brush rotor began making squealing noise, this gradually got worse until the brush rotor completely stopped rotating. I was a little lazy getting round to sending it back so unfortunately have been sent down the road of speaking to Hoover customer services. They told me to dismantle the base to get to the rotor belt, telling me if it was broken it was not covered under warranty. Anyway I get the correct philips no.2 screw driver (whilst the guy was on the phone happy as larry about all this) undid 6 screws including levering out 2 rollers then separated the bottom of the machine to reveal the toothed brush belt was fine and it was clearly a fault with the motor drive. I have now reassembled it, frankly disgusted I was told to do this in the first place! Sent it back and will be pursing a refund with Amazon despite the fact its 4 month since I wasted my money on this product. I have resolved to not be buying another Hoover product any time soon!

Bought this but am returning it. The hose is very short and not that flexible. When using the center section on it's own, it very easily falls over. The packaging is the worst I have ever seen.Make sure to take photos of it as you unpack it, because it's impossible to repack it the same as when it's dispacthed from the factory.

Good value hoover, very adaptable for cleaning different surfaces, rooms, stairs etc. Compact and good storage for the additional tools/heads.
