I stumbled upon this umbrella and knew it was worth the longer shipping times (it took about 3 weeks to arrive). It is very nice and sturdy quality, I went for a lighter shade so that it will fade nicely. The shade keeps me much cooler and blocks the sun effectively. It really is a perfect neutral umbrella plus the scallop detailing brings a fun added visual interest that I love. For the stand I used a table which works really well, if you are going to use a base I would invest in a really heavy one because it is top heavy and will fall over in the wind if not well supported.*Please note I am an Amazon associate and receive commission, however I purchased this myself.

This umbrella was a bit of a splurge, but it is so classy!! I especially love the double scalloped edge!

This is the 3rd umbrella from this company. Great Value for price paid, and its sturdy with the right base. Excellent voverage st 9 or 11 ft. I get many compliments

The metal umbrella part looks ok and we’ll see if it holds up to our local strong winds but I was disappointed in how thin and polyester looking the fabric is on this. I was hoping for canvas that was thick and sturdy but I guess for the price it’s not too bad, just worried 1 summer of wind will have it shredded. Along the edging the contrasting trim only has a single stitch and I can see that it will easily fray if the wind rips it, like cheap flags we’ve bought in the past.

The umbrella looks fantastic - until you have an above-average windstorm. The metal poles are very thin and bent in the first storm that we had.

Very pleased with the purchase - the umbrella is well made for the money, assembled easily and the tilt adjustment feature is really handy as the fun moves. Purchased on Amazon for almost $50 less than the sale price on another popular sight. Great value!
