Al-AqeeqAl-Aqeeq Yemeni Coffee, Medium Roast Whole Bean, 8.8 oz - Authentic Single Origin Arabica, Freshly Roasted Coffee Beans

Really wanted a dark roast like I usually use, but couldn't find one in Yemeni coffee so I went ahead and tried it out of curiosity (you know: all the hype about Yemeni coffee lately finally got to me) . Prepared it in a mocka pot my usual way (med/fine grind--purified water w/ a tiny pinch of salt, coffee hopper only 2/3 full for a cup of rather strong Americano w/o adding H2O after brewing). Turned out I really like it, even got to appreciate why some people prefer more brightness in a brew that what I can get with a Colombian or Honduran dark roast.

This is my favorite coffee, im a coffee snob so i dont mind spending more for excellent coffee. Id put this up against 100% maui coffee and would still prefer this and its cheaper 💯

Love it! Smooth, full flavored no bitterness at all worth every penny if you enjoy quality coffee.

Quality is good. Flavor is mild. But its a tad expensive. Perhaps hard to source from Yemen.

Quite good has a unique flavor I do like it but the roast was a little dark for my taste. I prefer a lighter roast. And I would have preferred a little more coffee for the price but as I said it's Unique and it is good

This coffee is quite smooth and not bitter. My only complaint is it’s costly for such a small bag.

It tasted very simple but good.It was fun to see the size of beans because every beans' size was different.I couldn't smell any distinct aroma, but still good.
