The Scotts Turf Builder simply does its job. The grass grew thicker and most of the dandelion weeds died out. I use this type of product in the autumn and spring. Very satisfied. My lawn was already nice and healthy. Scott's improved it. ONE MUST COMPLETELY WATER THE LAWN AT 24 HOURS or it will badly burn. Recommending routine ~couple of years - aeration, top dressing blend of a seed, compost, manure, tiny pumice to keep topsoil nice and loose. - j

Dont buy this product
I have a clover and dandelions and bought this Scotts product as it claims that it would kill both and not harm the grass. I followed the directions. One week later, the clover and weeds were more green than ever.Plus it killed the grass in several large patches in my lawn.

Great for killing weeds and your lawn
This will kill your weeds and make your lawn a little yellow. I had to do a second application one week later to kill all of my weeds. Then I waited another week to add nitrogen to make my lawn green again. I’m not sure it this product will feed your lawn and keep it green, but those weeds will surely die!
