After browsing for chairs similar to this for months and seeing the extortionate cost of them I knew it would be worth while waiting around for the right one. Luckily I was able to wait around and wait for this to be on offer and I went for it.Product arrived well before its expected date (choosing free delivery) and all part were easy to identify and the bolts were nicely labelled and laid out. The ONLY minor issue is a couple of mistake in the assembly manual, all the pages are in the wrong order so step 4 follows step 16 etc and there are a couple of issues I found were it tells you to use the wrong screw, but it is very obvious what is needed instead. Assembled by myself within the hour.But now on to the product....It's brilliant! Sturdy, comfy, looks clean.It has a lot of adjust, can go 180 very easily, the footrest is very useful and easy to pop up and down. And everyone that has seen it has complimented its looks.OVERALL. Would highly recommend. Cheaper than most similar on the market, and the product itself has no down sides. Just need to be careful with the instructions.

For a petite person, its not but but would greatly benefit from a few minor change. A small depression of the back of the seat would help alleviate coccyx pressure and increase sitting comfort greatly. people using this type of seat will be sitting for extended periods of time so a little goes a long way in this instance.Good to have the pillow for lower lumber support but it just far to thick and holds my back away for the main chair back so I had to leave off.Neck rest is ok but a slight increase in thickness on the lower edge would also help support a small gap is left behind the very apex of the next.Arm rests are to curved across the width making the inner edge very hard on your arms and hence very uncomfortable, love the fact they're height adjustable though. A little close to the seat or even tapered inwards by 15-20degrees would be superb and reduce the hard edge pressure on your arms too, the width between is wider than my shoulders .Good position of the 5 star wheel support, its far enough back it doesn't get in the way of my heels.All in all, not bad.R.

Really good value for money, I am happy with this chair. The parts are solid, it was simple to put together and it has really improved my posture whilst I'm at my gaming desk. Also the ability to go completely horizontal at the pull of a lever is one that cannot be underestimated.

Had it arrive with 2 of the main pieces missing, the chair is fairly low quality in general but after over a week of asking for a refund I have been given 2 options, I either accept 85% of a refund and keep the chair(with the missing pieces) or I wait another 2 weeks for them to send me the pieces and I get given £15 for inconvenience, both these options are pretty terrible from a business side, when a customer has asked many, many times for a refund. I will be telling everyone to stay clear of this company.

When the chair first arrived it looked really nice and decent quality for a cheaper end of the scale chair. The building was really easy and was ready to use in no time at all.8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 3 months in, all going well. The arm rests rotate at a simple touch, but I put that down to me clearly moving too much and catching them.6 months, chair creaks at the slightest movements. The seat support is not a good as it was and the comfort is going too.9 months, all comfort and support from the base of the chair is gone, having to supplement with extra cushioning. Seat padding has all but failed. Foam arm rest has also split along the seam although I don't use the arm rests that often ?12 months and I am looking for a new chair.Such a shame from a promising start, but if this is going to be your work from home chair, then I'd have to say keep on looking.

It's ok for the amount paid. However, the padding in the seat is not great, it flattened after a few days and now it can be uncomfortably when sat on it for an extended period. I've taken to sitting in the back support.

This product in comparison to similar chairs is lower than half the price, I am over the moon with the quality, standard and the stability of it... couldn’t recommend it enough, great buy and a bargain aswell at this price!
