LSE Lighting compatible UV replacement Lamp 36W for Honeywell UC100E1030

Excellent product. Easy to put in place. Both times we replaced it before noted by the company because the first time it looked deteriorated and the second time we just decided to do it a little early as we definitely want to avoid any mildew, mold pores or bacteria circulating in our home. This is our third purchase of this product and we are satisfied enough to plan on using the same product next time.

Bought the light as a replacement. Installed it and everything seemed to work fine for about 3 weeks. Then the light stopped working altogether. The other light worked for well over a year. I would like to get a refund or replacement but Amazon will not let me return because it is past the 30 day mark.

bulb did not work, and it doesn't fit properly into UC100A1054 Honeywell snap-in lamp base.I bought this philips bulb, which does work:  Philips 265850 36-watt PL-L TUV Germicidal with 4-Pin Base Light Bulb https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001HB3E2W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It was a perfect fit and compatible replacement for my Honeywell UC100E1030. Worked immediately after installation!

working as described. I know not much help, but its a lamp, either it works or it dont.
