I have used these DHA capsules for about 10 months now, before pregnancy and during, and have no plans to stop taking them. My OB recommended DHA along with prenatals and my main reason for choosing these was the extra vitamin D. I have a history of vitamin D deficiency and the small amount in prenatals is not nearly enough for me, especially while pregnant in the winter. Sometimes I do have fish tasting burps after taking them but they aren't bad and haven't made me look for another DHA.

At the begining of my pregnancy I felt weak and tired (first 2 months) and was taking the store bought prenatal vitamins. I looked for reviews and came across these prenatals, so I decided to get the multivitamins and DHA. Since I have been taking them I have not felt weak and have more strength. My nails, hair and skin are great too!! No health complications so far and I'm on my 8th month pregnant. I will take these even after breastfeeding my baby. I definitely recommend them even if you're not pregnant!

I like this product. I can't tell a difference from the previous brand I used (Ocean). I really like that it had D3 added.

Had been using ocean moms during pregnancy tand needed a less expensive option as a nursing mom. This has exceeded my expectations and it's nice to have the addition of vitamin D. Pills are larger than ocean moms and the serving is 2, but that's no issue. I've had no problem with aftertaste. I take before bedtime.

I'm sure this prenatal vitamin is fine; however, the container it comes in is NOT child-proof. Which is weird, because probably most people on a prenatal either have children or are trying to have child. I would give this product more stars if it did not pose a medication overdose risk to my kids.

These are easier to swallow than the larger versions from other providers. Each dose is two pills, essentially making this a 90 day supply!

Fish flavored burps for about an hour after I take these.
