Booked a hotel and hotel had no booking reference
Bought my husband hotel voucher for Xmas. We booked hotel online , travelled 3 hours and when we checked in the hotel had no reference and couldn’t let us stay wanting us to pay again . Awful voucher and service very disappointing.

A Christmas Gift gone wrong
I bought this in November for my Mum and her partner’s Christmas present, they’ve tried to redeem it but when searching for overnight breaks it’s just showing buildings in foreign countries!My mum tried phoning but “they’re not taking calls” it can’t be refunded as over 30 days, hoping Amazon Customer services will help me.A stressful waste of money

Expired Voucher
The voucher came back as expired. Red letter days say it was purchased in Dec 2019 but it wasn't, it was Dec 2022. A total waste of money and is not accepted. Discusted with both Amazon and Red Letter Days.
