Good quality, easy to use
Great product! Have used it for 2 years now and not a single problem with it. Seems like once I get started with it, I can’t stop! Easy to use, comfortable for my arthritic hands, charges up quickly. Was pleased with battery time. Would recommend!

Best product ever
I literally use this all over my 35 acre farm. I prune my fruit trees, my grapevines, get rid of weeds and small trees, bushes and use them in my veggie and rose garden. I carry these on my tractor for low branches that are in my way. If a limb is too big, I just cut halfway threw, pull it out, cut the other side and then make one more cut in the middle and it’s down.I have arm issues where I tore my rotary cuff and probably have arthritis in my hand so trimming with regular tree pruners, saws and stuff really hurts me. This is a lifesaver for my arm and hands as I don’t have to squeeze hand pruners over and over, I just push the trigger. Likewise I’m not having to handle large pruning shears with both hands . It’s a little heavier for me, over 50 female, but then again I have issues with my arms and hands so it will probably not be as heavy for you. This gets my work done a lot faster especially in the vineyard where I have 150 plants I have to prune back all summer. I just walked through zip zip zip and it’s done! The battery lasts a long time I don’t have to charge it every weekend. And I love the fact that comes with two battery chargers and an extra set of blades.I’ve had this for a year and a half and with all the cutting that I do I am just now having to replace the blade, mostly because I accidentally cut through a few wires and bent back the blade on a few spots. In the winter I keep everything in the original box because it has foam inserts and everything is Secure in its place. For me this has been the best investment, it’s well worth the money.

Exceeded expectations
It took me a long time to pull the trigger on this purchase (pun not intended). It was a big expenditure for my economy, but I really like this tool! I have used it for over a year now, though not all the time. I use it primarily to cut small volunteer trees (a lot of them!) and it is so convenient to use along with herbicide instead of having to use two hands on a pair of loppers. The batteries last for hundreds of cuts before needing charged. My biggest complaint is that the battery latch occasionally allows the battery to slide out far enough to lose contact with the tool. It is very powerful and can cut most any tree that fits in the jaw. A little trick I use to help it power through bigger material is the bend the tree or branch away from the blade as it cuts, which reduces friction and helps the tool cut easier.

Solid, well made tool that works well
I have used this tool for two orchard pruning seasons, each season requiring nearly 13000 cuts. My arm and hand love this tool. The battery lasts a day, and it makes clean cuts on twigs or 1" green or dry branches. It does what the description promises. This feels like a well made professional tool in a nice case.My only concern is to be careful and keep my fingers out of the way!UPDATE: During the third season of use, the tool would not make a clean cut because the scissor blades did not close completely. I contacted customer support and received a prompt reply. They sent a replacement set of blades at no charge - out of warranty - that fixed the issue. This is remarkable customer service!

So far so good
I bought this to trim several large cherry trees at a large estate we take care of. Professional tree services wanted anywhere from 800-1500.00 for this job and would have probably just stubbed the trees leaving them looking bad for the rest of the growing season. In years past we tried to get these neglected trees down to a manageable size with hand pruners, loppers, and even battery operated Dewalt saws and while that worked it took forever. I am pleasantly surprised how well these worked! They cut right through 1.5" branches like butter, very powerful and light! I bet it shaved off at least a couple hours off the entire job and my guys weren't so exhausted. The battery life was about 4 hours on one 1 battery and second battery was only a very short time so Im hoping to recharge them and see if we get the same for both...if not its going back for replacement.

Great tool with excellent customer support
I used another brand of pruning shears extensively for six months. One day it simply wouldn't turn on with either fully-charged battery. I attempted to get customer service which was futile and insulting. They said that words were hard to understand and could I send them a video. Well, Amazon won't forward videos; they must have known that.Even though it was way past the return date, Amazon let me return it for a reasonable restocking fee. I bought this Komok and found it wasn't cutting completely though on some cuts. I reported this to customer service, which immediately suggested that I provide them with a snail-mail address and he would send a replacement blade. It arrived in two days and was easy to install. I found the Komok works fine now. I should also mention that with the 21-volt battery, it seems to cut more powerfully than the previous model that I returned.I am very happy with the Komok and especially the sympathetic and responsive customer support. Thanks, Allen!

Great clippers. Great customer service!
Wish I would have purchased something like this years ago. We do a bit of pruning of trees and bushes in our FL yard. This thing cuts through a tremendous amount of stuff on a single charge. We even use it to cut through dead branches on our queen palm trees. We then use the pruner to chop these palm fronds into 1 inches chucks and use them for mulch ground cover to hold in moisture to the sandy soil. Like any power tool you got to be very careful to keep your fingers away from the cutting shears at all times. Treat it like a loaded weapon. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are certain of what you want to cut!We had an issue with 1 of the 2 batteries that comes with the unit. We contacted the seller and they immediately sent us a replace battery at no charge! Great customer service!
