Product as expected. Usable b-vitamins are mostly in meat and other proteins. Women often don't eat enough to get the needed b vitamins, especially as we age. These are completely usable. I feel years younger. Energy, mood, mental clarity. I wonder how many pharmaceutical drugs could be avoided with proper vitamin intake.

Very effective! Dosage is a bit off, started feeling bad taking two a day as directed on the box so take 1 a day and sometimes skip a day.

Best methylated B vit mix around
Best B vit mix, I have found so far. I’ve been using this brand for around 3 months now and I love the methylated forms they use (so many companies go cheap/low quality and use Cyanocobalamin, which is derived from Cyanide) the mix and doses of each ingredient are really good, and that they are a good price. If you are someone that can’t swallow large pills, this is perfect for you, they are very small and the dose calls for 2 tabs daily. Great dosing strength for energy levels.
