I like the my doodle can fit on it. That it's faux leather looked good enough that the receiver of this gift thought it was real leather! I do not like the bottom is just a knit fabric on a lined family room floor that I have to constantly vacuum dog hair off of! (That fabric is a magnetic for Chihuahua/Jack Russell mutt combo short hair to stick to!) I think in a household with no kids to abuse it, it should be built well enough. It was on sale when I purchased it - so I'm accepting of any of its short comings. but, it definitely SERVES IT PURPOSE!

Well made foot rest.
This gets better the more you use it and the longer you have it. Very comfortable once broken in but a bit stiff in the beginning. Looks good if informal in the look you are going for.

Love this footrest! Works great as an extra seat when guests are here too! Looks great in our living room! Fabric texture is awesome!

Color is quite different than photo + tag stitching issue
The color I received on the 2 poufs for our living room is very orange vs rust brown as reflected in the photos. The removable paper tags are stitched into the hem. It will take some time and effort to completely remove the white portion still showing b/c it's under the hem stitching. Don't want to damage the stitching to get the obvious white tag off the orange/brown ottomans. Would not recommend this color unless you're okay with the time for returning and attempting a correctly described color and have time to be a seamstress.

Beautiful genuine leather pouf
I love it! The color is gorgeous! No smell! Excellent quality! I like that it is firm as it will hold its shape for years to come! It looks fantastic! The tag CAN be removed unlike a purchaser erroneously stated! The tag is double stitched on the seam!!! Carefully use needle nose scissors or an xacto knife and cut the thread and gently pull each stitch out! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I loved it so much I ordered another one!

Look around
Well it’s ok for a foot rest but after a while it turns into a beanbag. Im sorry just not a good buy for the money!
