I didn't even know this existed until my husband purchased and installed it for me. I use it every day! We have a small washroom, with limited space, but high ceilings. My husband installed this just above our washer and dryer so that as I take the clothes out of the dryer, I can hang up his dress shirts, and pants without letting them get wrinkled! He had it installed in under an hour, he had add some additional wood to the existing shelving to fit it, but once installed.....I don't know how I ever lived without it! Saves space, easily holds up to 2 loads of laundry, all at a reasonable price.

This certainly helps use space in a closet better, but you do have to be careful how much weight you plan to put on these pulldown rods. They do not hold a lot of weight, but if you don’t have a lot of clothes, it’s probably perfect for you.

Easy to grab and reach. Fairly smooth with nothing on it. Sturdy. Be careful if putting all your heaviest items.

It broke the first day and I bought 3, what sucks is that its been to long and I cant return them. now I need to take them all down and replace the with a standard bar and buy a step stool :(

I have been very happy with this closet rod. It has been very sturdy and the lowering and raising mechanism has been strong and solid. I bought two at first to set how they wish and hold up. I will be buying two to three more of these soon after trying them out.

My husband tried to install and wound up not being able to.It's a nice thing to have when done but you may want to get help installing yourself.It's heavy.

This rod was easy to install but it is not very sturdy, therefore it doesn't hold as many clothes as I was hoping. I bought 2. One I used as longer extension...the longer the extension the less weight it will support.
