nothing to brag about, not as spicy as some of the other reviews made it sound.good for those on a budget. ill have to test some of the more expensive options to compare.

Just what I was looking for buttermilk flour for chicken. lol Very tasty, light and perfect for chicken, steak or pork. Not so think it burns before the chicken is even done. It would be great for chicken strips and homemade sawmill gravy. Highly recommend if you lover buttermilk.
