It's the best rice ever.
If you can't get it at Costco, it's worth the price paid here. It's that good.I cook it in a Zojorushi rice cooker on Sushi rice setting with wild mushrooms, baked and dried shitake mushrooms and Better Than Broth vegetable broth which is better than their beef broth. With butter, it's heaven. Utterly heaven.
