OGXApple Cider Vinegar Clarifying Shampoo, 385ml

This shampoo is great if you’ve got oily roots or product buildup. It thoroughly cleans my hair without making it feel heavy and leaves it shiny, soft, and smelling fresh (not vinegary at all). The shampoo doesn’t lather much, so I tend to use a little more than usual. I also find it a bit drying if used too often, so alternate with a moisturising shampoo.

I recently started using the OGX Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo and it has made a noticeable difference in my hair care routine. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling exceptionally clean and refreshed. Its fresh, fruity scent adds to the pleasant experience, making each wash enjoyable. I've observed that my hair appears shinier and feels lighter after use. While it's a clarifying shampoo, it doesn't overly dry out my hair, which is a common concern with such products. For optimal results, I pair it with a good conditioner. Overall, this shampoo has become a valuable addition to my hair care regimen.

I have mid-back length, wavy brown hair which does have a tendency to get greasy at the roots, despite being tangly and having dry ends. I usually start with a shampoo to my roots while only conditioning the ends, yet I still end up greasy.This really helps. The packaging isn’t quite as nice as some of their other bottles (orchid, coconut water) but it’s what’s inside that counts. The shampoo is quite thick and smells apple-y. Quite a natural scent.This shampoo did keep my hair reasonably free of grease, over three days of long walks where I got sweaty, as well as getting caught in the rain once.I will say that it’s quite thick and hard to spread in my hair, I ended up using quite a lot and I’m not sure this bottle would last any longer than 5 or 6 washes.I have a sensitive scalp but suffered from no itchiness or soreness with this, in fact the candidal intertrigo behind my ears seemed to fade, which leads me to think the Apple Cider vinegar in it may contain mild antifungal properties. I was very impressed by this.This is very clarifying; I did need to use a conditioner and my hair was quite hard to brush afterwards, so you may need to use more conditioner than normal, however I used a wet brush as I don’t like overdoing the conditioner incase I end up greasy. I would not use this shampoo if you have dry hair.Four stars. Missed out on the full five because it works out as quite expensive with how much you have to use due to the thick consistency.

Wonderful shampoo! After 2 washes the scalp build up had completely gone leaving my hair soft and feeling extra clean. It smells lovely too, not like apple cider vinegar at all!

First time I have purchased this as I needed a shampoo for greasy hair. This works very well, has a lovely but not heavy scent and has cut back on the oily hair perfectly. It is also soothing on the scalp. The shampoo itself is quite thick and doesn't run every where like thinner ones do. Will buy again especially at the price on offer.

I found my hair was starting to feel a little weighed down, and after some online research, I decided to give this a try.It smells really great and for the first few washes, I thought I'd found the holy grail. Unfortunately, as time went on, I found my hair began to feel greasy so went back to Aussi Mega. I think this is one of those shampoos that can be used on occasion rather than a regular wash.

This shampoo has really improved my hair health. My hair is soo shiny and soft and it doesn’t irritate my scalp like others. Doesn’t itch at all and no dandruff. I guess apple cider vinegar really is as good as they say. Will be buying again for sure.

I bought it for my husband, he liked it and I think his hair looks much better with this shampoo. I'm happy.
