Easy To Install Once You Get The Info Needed, Needs To Come With Better Instructions On How To Match Up The Color Wires To The Exiting Wires In Your Home Wiring Harness

This fan would have worked great if it were quality. When I unboxed this thing, the first very obvious thing is that it is all plastic. The instructions were laughable. There were actual scratch outs replaced with handwritten verbiage. Everything about this felt cheap and quite honestly once I had it all unboxed and really examined the components, I was scared to connect it to electricity because of the size of the wiring. The "light kit," was a concentric ring of LED's that magnetized to the bottom of the unit, to be covered by the plastic shade. I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone. Please don't waste your time.

My main complaint is that, when you flip the light switch, there is a loooong delay and a beep sound before the light comes on. I know it’s installed properly because this is what my husband does for a living for the last 35 yrs. I’m super happy with the fan. It’s very quiet. But I can flip the switch and walk all the way to my master bathroom before the light comes on. I really hate this light. It was too expensive to throw away so it’s going into a guest room that is hardly used. And my husband is installing something else. Very disappointed in the light.

I love my retractable ceiling fan most people that enter my home fall in love with the fan thinking that it’s only a light the width of my ceiling isn’t the widest and this is perfect for my living room there’s plenty of airflow to cover big area, it has 3 types of lighting features and a timer. It is also quiet As can be. I only rated four stars because it took forever to come Amazon said it was supposed to ship in a week or two it took almost a month and a half I also only rated four stars because the remote does not have a dimming feature. Also for the price the remote shouldve come with batteries which it didnt. aside from those minor things this is a five star item.

I loved the fan, its looks and performance, but only lasted 6 months, the receiver/remote convo broke, I tried a universal remote, but the fan didn’t work. Very disappointed, I needed a fan.

This fan is a piece of garbage!it came with a couple little dents in the silver decorative piece on the outside and then the light stopped working after exactly 3 months.Bad capacitor/part on the inside.After weeks of trying to get a refund and send it back I got a partial credit for 75% of what I paid directly from Amazon not seller.

Only lasted about 1.5 years. 1st fan stopped working, now light also does not work. We don't use it daily/often, it is for our guest room. Very disappointed because I loved the look of it.
