Q: What color are these?

Hi, as picture shows, they are grey and black.

Q: In the description the dementions of this little chair indicates 5.12" high. Is that correct?

Please look at the images on page which shows and states the dimensions fully deployed and folded. The height is 13.8 inches and the width 12.5inches. The product information is wrong on the dimensions but the pictures show the correct dimensions.

Q: The chair broke while i was sitting on it caused some lower back pain. i am way under 400 lbs. i cannot find contact info. who do i speak to?

Did you contact amazon or the vendor?? That would be my first step. Good luck! Someone should have the info that you need to report the failure on the stool.

Q: Any assembly required?

No assembly. Sent these back because they were for my husband who cannot walk real far. The seat was too small for him to bend down so low. It would easily tip over for an older person who doesn't have real good balance. The seating area is very small and would be fine for a child.
