I originally wrote a bad review, but the situation has changed. We never had a harness for a dog before. Our other dogs walked fine with their collar and were never little A-holes when they were on a leash. But not this little smushed face, snorting, fart machine. He chokes himself. So I bought this harness. Besides the fact that we had to YouTube videos a few times to figure out how this contraption actually was put on, our dog hadn't strangled himself so we were pleased. That was until hours later when we returned home from our golf cart ride to socialize with the neighbors and we couldn't get it off.One latch refused to unclasp. I tried. My husband tried. After much cursing I was finally able to wrangle our poor pup out of it with the one clasp still latched. And I was pissed. It was JUST past the return date, which made me angrier. So I wrote a bad review. It was shortly after that when my husband (or myself, I cant remember) realized that WE were the problem. Well, more like the 6 pack that he took with him and my 32 oz. pink MiMi mug that was filled 3/4 of the way with rum and 1/4 diet soda were what CAUSED us to be the problem. Anywho...ONE of us (I'm gonna assume the Hubby cuz he handles his alcohol better) realized that there is a lock on that specific clasp. And it was in the locked position. Oops. Now I couldn't figure out how to delete my "Bad Review" cuz it was stuck in cyberspace waiting for approval so I made a mental note to remove it later (as if I would remember when I was sober LOL). So a few days passed until I did (I called that one LOL) & only because the nice seller messaged me to try to make things right. Now I feel bad. And I apologize for writing an Amazon Review while drinking (and attempting to use the harness). The harness is great. Well made. And definitely drunk proof!

Before this harness, walks were less "peaceful stroll" and more "low-budget action movie starring a tiny tornado." Two clips mean I no longer have to wrestle Pickles like we're in a doggy WWE match just to get him dressed. He used to treat harness time like I was trying to steal his soul—now he actually wags his tail.Once it's on, he struts around like he’s wearing a tiny tactical vest. The front clip has made a massive difference. When Pickles tries to pull now, he ends up politely redirected like a badly behaved shopping cart. It’s like doggy Jedi mind control.It’s also adorable. He looks like he’s on a very serious mission to pee on every bush in the neighborhood. The reflective straps? A bonus—now my dog looks cool and won't get run over. Win-win.So yes, this harness didn’t just improve our walks—it saved my shoulders, my sanity, and probably Pickles’ reputation in the neighborhood.

Once I figured out the configuration, this worked great! I had trouble with my dog pulling and straining my arms and by using the front fastener he quit completely. Now I can even but the leash on the back hook and he doesn't pull. Very handy for those of us who are not good at dog training. Very sturdy and attractive.

My dog loves it other harness that I found they was the same price or even higher would hurt him and no sizes would fit him or looked like it’s for a boy dog but this one I got black large and i was able to adjust it for him and there’s a safety lock that you can slide up to lock and slide down to unlock so the functionality is great the stitches are good the pull Handel is good the padding is great it even comes in a nice box

This harness is perfect! We bought size Medium for our puppy when he was about 30lbs. He’s now 7 months old and 60lbs. We have the length set to the maximum length now, I’m writing this review right before I buy him the large size. It seems to be comfortable for our pup. I like how it has the extra handle on top to be able to grab and control his movements when needed. It also has an extra clip below the harness which we use to put his rabies and microchip tags on, but this can also be used for extra control to hook your pup into the car for safety. The reflector markings on the harness work great and are helpful for our evening walks. I would recommend this harness to anyone looking for an affordable and durable harness.

Prior to these harnesses, there were plenty of times it was like walking Alaskan sled dogs. This was especially true if they see a rabbit or a cat. My wife and daughter refused to walk the big German shepherd. As soon as I took them on their first walk, it was a night and day experience. No pulling and a pleasant walk. I used the front harness connect point. When they finally become trained on the front connection, then I will switch to the back connection point. They only wear the harness at walk time. I would definitely buy this again and I highly recommend it.

This is the 4th one of these I’ve purchased. Our big dog wears one, 85# shepherd, this is for the small 30# terrier who wears a medium. She’s hard on stuff, destructive and abusive, lays in muddy puddles, reaches around and actually chews her tags, you get the picture. These hold up well for her, this is to replace her spare harness as there’s always one in the wash. Fits her best, least able to wiggle a way out of it.

Harness is GREAT for my dog! My dog LOVES to pull (iykyk), so this works perfectly to help keep her more secure so she doesn't slip out. The collar/neck part of the harness is very, very secure. There is literally no way she can slip out of this. Love the pop of pink, but do wish it had more color. Overall, I would 100% buy this again.
