ADDED RANGE TO MY CART PERIOD.
I mounted this on my EZ and it’s been awesome. I no longer run out of steam towards the end of 36 and it’s simple to install. The panel lays flat on the roof so it’s barely noticeable. The app is very cool and I always know what voltage I’m at. In fact it’s been a fun hobbie watching the ampsWatts come in on the app and then parking so I get maximum power to my batteries. One thing to be careful of is driving through trees or anything that could damage it. But other than that this thing rocks!! Very nice product.

A few install glitches, charge works but App is screwed up
I installed the kit on my 1998 Club Car DS 48V. The roof was not really made for this solar panel so I had to purchase a piece of HDPE 1/8" plastic the same size as the solar and mount that first to put screws in the middle. That piece cost an extra $40 plus a few fasteners. Once that was mounted and I had a nice flat surface the panel mounted nicely. The thermal expansion difference between the panel and the HDPE was enough that I left the solar panel mounting screws a little loose to allow for thermal expansion. I then drove it out into the sunlight for testing. I downloaded the app and I'm not really happy with the app. First of all the background is black and a lot of the icon and text are grey so it's very difficult to read especially in sunlight. The app does not report battery voltage correctly and says the batteries are only 65% charged when they charged overnight on the charger and the battery voltage is at 51.6V (fully charged). The app reports the batter voltage as 47.4V. Then after about 10 minutes it says the battery if fully charged and the battery voltage is 51.6V. I can't believe this information. I did verify the charging current displayed in the app is correct with a clamp on DC ammeter. So you can hardly read the app data and the data is mostly incorrect. The only thing I was able to verify was the charging current. The battery charge state and battery voltage are unreliable. I'll be taking it on some long trips this summer and hoping for good charge performance on the trailer behind the motorhome. I'll update the review when I have more info.

Nexus app sucks.
Solar panel works great but the nexus app is dark and very slow to update. I carry a volt meter with me to verify voltage. They need a new app. I want to put this on several other carts but not until the app works and is readable.

Very easy install
received this item with quick shipping, While a install of something like this can be intimidating the directions were short and simply to understand, I haven't ran the system over time yet but all looks great, perhaps i will edit/add on to this review after a few months, lastly, i love the App feature with unit has,

I think it's working. Easy to install. App needs work.
I used this on my 48v RXV. It seemed to work really well. I use my cart as a get-around for almost all my local errands. Anytime I would go to a restaurant or leave it in the sun I would return to a fully charged cart. It's SUPR simple to connect too. The app is a bit glitchy, but overall this is a great product.

Fantastic addition to my golf cart

Not working correctly
I hooked the panel and charge controller up it only produced 30 volts. Is there something I’m missing? It is supposed to charge a 48 volt system, so I assume the charge out put must be greater than 48 volts

This radically outperforms comparable units.
I know the chief engineer for the team who has developed this product and have seen firsthand how it's revolutionized the performance of his own golf cart. He just never plugs it in any more, and it's been like that for over a year. The secret is the Nexus Optimizer, which I've watched being built. Wish I understood more about the technology but I see it working and it seems to have the potential to totally disrupt the solar market. There's no doubt that sustainable energy is the way to go but solar hasn't really been profitable, or so I've heard. This device seems to make it so. First golf carts, then... we'll see.
