Good taste. This tea premix is one of the best ones that I have tried. Good for on the go. Not too sweet.

Quality standard needs to be maintained
the flavour is excellent but the company does not maintain quality standard. Out of 4 packets two packets contained sactchets having spoilt milk

Really good
The taste is nice and soft. I liked it over the other brands available. The trick is the pour the sachet in the cup and then pour little pipping hot slowly water over it. I saw negative reviews about it not mixing etc. I didn’t have that experience at all. Infact I split one sachet for two cups. If you need a large cup then use the whole sachet but don’t put too much water. The taste is strong hence 1/2sachet also works.

Horrible batch
The media could not be loaded. Some batches are poor/bad quality. The powder is not mixing with the water and the colour is coming dark brown. I had bought two boxes and both boxes are bad batch. Now I can't trust both boxes.

Awful taste
Although the description says kadak chai, it is nothing but sweet water (may be with some milk. Very poor taste.
