I found it worked really well for the first year, however, I wasn't vaping every day more like once a week and at times would not use it for a few weeks. Sadly it has completely died and will not work again. Maybe the battery has blown but I expected it to last at least three years considering I wasn't using it constantly. I'm not sure what the shelf life is for these vapes, however, disappointed it didn't last longer.

You know. I had mixed emotions for this vape. Firstly I loved that it’s designed in San Francisco, in a place where it feels right that a herb vape should be designed. California is a well known place for herb friendly products. So when I got it I was pleasantly surprised at the outer packaging, it looked very high end up market. Worth my £50 odd pound. I opened it and was a bit dismayed at all the plastic packaging, I really felt it didn’t need it and held the presentation back (I also spent a lot of time opening little sealed plastic packets that were packed so tightly that it was just incredible trying to open them.) but when I got all the stuff out I just thought this lovely velvet bag they give you for the stuff why didn’t they just put the fiddly bits in here? Anyhoo, I charged her up and gave her a whirl. Took a minute to realise the cartridge doesn’t get its lid back on and you screw it to the pipe bit. So we got over that and I really didn’t know what setting you used for what(like, herb, oil, dab ect) so I played with it a bit (I’d have liked to have seen suggestions for that from the manufacturer) turns out the white setting for herb is good, actually it’s great! It vapes it really well I was surprised at the flavours it gives, super clean. I really love how it’s so discreet. I use it for pain management. It’s discreetness just makes it so easy to medicate without getting looks if your out and about. It’s super compact and fits in your palm and doubles as a hand warmer for all you neuropathy reynauds people out there. I would have liked a bigger cartridge to save loading if you’re using it out and about but regardless I really love it. It has such a clean smoke and it’s not heavy, it works really well and gives patients the opportunity to medicate and not have the fear of judgement. I’m giving it five stars because despite some mishaps which can be easily fixed the product works great and does what it says on the tin 🥫 ❤️

It's OK just the battery don't last very long .

Great product, however cleaning is incredibly difficult! It just makes the vape taste absolutely awful. You can no longer taste the flavour of the herbs, you can just taste disgusting burnt old sticky awfulness. Very easy to use but has to be thoroughly cleaned after every use and even then it is very difficult to clean correctly. Also the mouthpiece is poor fitted and after having mine for just over a month the seal is starring to come off. I suggest doing your research before buying. I will say it's a great first vape, but if you enjoy having a simple life this is not the vape for you

I haven't even had this for a year yet and it won't charge anymore or work at all, I have used other cables to make sure and all cables including the original works on all other devices just not on the vape.. DO NOT BUY!

Battery life is shorter than expected for the price. Blocks easily so needs to be cleaned on each occasion. Mouth piece is metal and therefore gets hot often.

First impressions are very good - even heat and good taste - battery life seems decent - build quality is fantastic.What I will say is the hit is nowhere near as strong as traditional burn however this maybe down to the setup I am using.Can not go wrong for this price point as there are much more expensive vaporisers out there (also some a little cheaper) but the build quality alone makes it work the punt at this stage.

it is comfortable to hold and easy to use the problem for me is after a while it burns your lips it is to hot to smoke i would not buy again, not sure what else to try but not this one
