I just bought the balls and they can quickly and in good shape. The product info leads you to his website and video. They balls are helping already. His video show a track you can purchase too and uses both balls, but I find that I can easily find “the spots” with just one ball.

Great for the bottom of the feet.

Bought these to use for helping my plantar fasciitis. They are solid (hard) but not too hard. My only complaint is that they tend to have a lot of "static cling" to them and pick up dirt, dust and animal hair very quickly when using them. I realize that is a minor issue, and I vacuum and sweep and dust daily because I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but because I am a fit of a clean freak, it is annoying when there is dust or dog hair on the balls after I use them. They also are a bit slippery and when I use them on my hardwood floor, they can slide. I put a towel down and that helps. Would be nice if they were not so slippery on hard surfaces. They also slide a bit on carpeting.

These balls are wonderful! They don’t feel so good at the beginning, but they are so helpful in stretching! I use them on my feet and when I press my foot on it and roll it around - it really helps to stretch that tight band for my heel pain! Very helpful! Thank you! 😊
