WS Game Company Scrabble Deluxe Vintage 2-in-1 Wall Edition with Dry Erase Message Board

We love our scrabble board. I bought this b/c my 14 year old keeps asking for us to play for family board game night. My husband and I don't really care for it and already veto his choice in favor of another game. Then I saw this and thought it might be fun if it was something that each person played one word daily. This is a lightweight board and easy to install. The magnetic tiles are prefect. This ended being a huge hit b/c it was essentially an ongoing game. Every night my son would look at the board and if someone hadn't gone yet, he was first to inform them to go. Even my 16 year old, who thinks everything is uncool, was excited about it. It's also a great way to teach them new words. We modified the game rules to allow them to learn more words, versus limiting them to elementary words. All in all, great for family fun and a great way to learn new words.

I have been looking for a good quality board for years. We just painted my son’s room and this board was the perfect color scheme. It was easy to hang, and looks great. So excited to have ongoing games with my son.

This brings me so much joy! It looks great and is fun to play as a family.The hooks on the back aren't easy to latch so be aware.

The media could not be loaded. One of the best purchases I have made in a very long time. Make sure you get a light to go above it. It adds so much character wonderful for older people to keep their mind fresh, and you can play at your leisure.

Only con to this item is that the game board surface seems to be somewhat easy to scratch which is why I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5. This hangs in our kitchen next to our mail/key station, which is the main hub location of our home. The retro colors go really well with our decor and it’s wonderful to see our teenagers excited to take their next turn. To make playing easier, we framed and hung Scrabble help sheets beside the game board and we keep a Scrabble dictionary in the mail bin for easy access. We allow everyone to use the dictionary as needed on their turn. It’s a great way to learn new words and allows even novice players to do well.

The wall Scrabble arrived in 2 days (as expected) and the packaging and item were in great shape. All expected items were in the box and also in great shape. The board was easy to hang and busy-family-Scrabble has already begun. I love it! I would recommend it! I'm considering buying it for a friend as a wedding gift! Yay!

Was hesitant based on mixed reviews, but product arrived in great shape and with all pieces. Seems good quality. We just painted the walls so haven’t hung it yet, but I’m excited to use it.
