Q: Does the seat pad feel uncomfortable? It looks quite thin.

I would say it is only for short occasional use. It is not designed to be sat on all day like an office chair.

Q: The chair that is called brown, looks like an oatmeal colour with grey piping on the photo, can anyone confirm what it is really like?

You are correct but perhaps more of an ecru. Don't know why it's described as brown but it works for me anyway. I love it.

Q: How comfortable are the arm rests?

They’re very firm, no padding I use a small pillow as an arm rest when working, to rest my ‘mouse’ arm on.
