Easy replacement

This is by far the easiest way to order a Genuine Inogen One G5 Column Pair. The company that sends the product to you is the same company that Supplies the Mayo Clinic. When you combine that with the efficient way that Amazon sells and delivers products it can't be beat. If your Inogen needs serviced do yourself a favor and order here... By the way it comes with instructions and it can be changed with no tools in less than 5 minutes... The only thing you need to remember is to remove the 2 rubber protectors at the top of the columns before installing...

I needed this part for my 02 concentrator. Came earlier than expected. Works like new!!!

This works as expected but I had to call tech support because they didn't sit properly. Turns out there are dust caps on both sides of the unit. Sometimes the dust caps get stuck inside and you have to pull them out by hand. The directions should state this.

Making me stand up straighter

The replacement part was fine. Only the shipping was a little wonky. I think it was shipped UPS. I didn't delivered to my home address but to what used to be a UPS Store but is now a We Ship Store that wanted to charge me $15 pickup fee. I protested vigorously and they relented.
