The TITIN Force is a three part hyper gravity system. The first part of the system is weighted hydro-gel inserts. The second part is a 14-pocket inner compression shirt. The third part is the outer compression shirt. Gels are strategically placed over large muscle groups evenly distributing the weight throughout the upper body. TITIN Force weighted compression shirt system can help boost the efficiency of workouts, improving speed, balance, endurance and vertical leap.

Worth it
I love my Titin force weighted shirt, I use it about twice a week during my stair workout and when I'm doing plyometrics and body weight things like pull-ups. I'll be honest I don't see much difference when I do push-ups but the pull-ups and stair runs have really been great. I feel faster and can jump higher (I think, haven't tested it officially.) I have also made significant improvement on the number of pull-ups too.Love the system, may get the shorts in the future to add weight as well.Only negative is when you sweat it's very hard to get the shirt off and the zipper in the back is inconvenient.

Sticky, smelly, poor construction, overpriced
I really wanted to like this shirt, but I feel like I was just forcing myself to use it for the cool factor, but after a couple weeks I haven't used it since.Pros:Looks awesomeSoftCons:Impossible to do sit-ups, bench press, use any machine with weights on lower back digging into my back as well as the zipperThe gel weights are not sealed so when they get wet from sweat the gel oozes out and gets all over.Seems coming apart on the shirt and gel weight casings is a major concernI need another person to help me take the shirt off afterwards as it gets so sticky I have a hard time on my own.Better off using a much more cost effective traditional weight vest that doesn't have to be washed after each use.

Wore for 2 hours, ripped.
I bought the 16 LB version off of titin's website because they don't sell the 16 LB version on Amazon.I followed the instructions to the letter as soon as I got it- put the shirt on, put on the weights, put on the overshirt and got to my workout. I did some cardio for a bit, some pushups, and some running. After a bit I took the overshirt off and my roommate pointed out there was a rip in it! We removed all the weights, and I took the shirt off to examine it. Sure enough, there was a rip about 1 inch, to 1 and a half inches in length right in the seam. Now, I got the right size. According to the chest size/weight chart, I was right in the middle for a Large sized shirt. Working with them now to get it returned.By the way- I was told it was made in Taiwan, incorrect. It is made in Honduras. A country so dangerous the US government warns people not to go there. Honduras minimum wage is equal to $3.75 PER DAY. For the price I paid for this I would have expected it to be made in a more developed country.

Shirts run on the small side.
The Quality seems pretty good and shipping was fast, however the sizing seems to run pretty small. I should be with in the Large shirt range for the chest measurement, however when it arrived it wasn't even close. Maybe a med at best. I would say order at least a size bigger. Waiting for my XL and looking forward to really putting it to the test.

Excellent product, but hampered by second rate manufacturing
This product is fantastic. It really performs as advertised, and enhances significantly your workout, or even a walk around the block. I use it a lot and definitely feel the difference, and am seriously considering purchasing the shorts as well. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star is because the manufacturing leaves a bit to be desired. The stitching is a bit dodgy, the edges of the gels aren't cut properly, and there are two mystery pockets on the shoulders in which neither type of gel fits. In general, I do not get the sense that it is really built to last, which is a concern given that, after all, it is not cheap. So far none of this has hampered my using the shirt, and I would definitely recommend it. However, I do think, at this price, we should be able to expect better quality.

Really happy with the vest When I run with it it ...
Really happy with the vest When I run with it it does not "bounce"where it feels like the weight is jerking around like others. It fits well and the weight stays flat on my body not restricting motion nor causing that up and down weight slamming on you feeling from other vests. I also thought the 8 lbs would be too light... but I can comfortably sprint and do agility movements in it unlike others so the 8 pounds works well.
