Glass Drink Dispenser on Wooden Stand with Airtight Bamboo Lid and Stainless Steel Spigot, BPA-Free Borosilicate Glass Mason Jar Water Pitcher for Hot/Cold Juice, Beer, Punch, Iced Tea (3 Gallon)

Really liked the unique design of this dispenser. Simple to assemble, and the included glasses on a lazy susan make a nice touch. Only complaints are it seemed to be very poorly assembled. The legs were basically stapled together, and the whole base was very flimsy when filled with water. Had to take the legs off, apply wood glue to each, clamp, and allow to dry. The stand is much sturdier now, but for the price of this dispenser the customer should not have to do that. Overall I am pleased with it now, and would recommend, just be aware you may have to reinforce it depending on the quality of what you receive.

The biggest problem is the spigot. The water comes out slowly. When the water level is anywhere near the level of the spigot water just drips out. I keep it full. I’ve gotten used to it. I definitely like having water so available on my counter. Also nice to have the glasses right there. Great design just needs some tweaking. Glass is nice and thick. Not bad to clean, just big. The supports that hold up the tank over the glasses can slip off, a drop of glue would do it. Not sure I’d buy this one again.

We make kefir and kombucha and our last mason jar dispenser glass broke because of the temperature change. I was looking for glass that would withstand the temperate change while still holding a few liters and this was perfect. Has worked like a charm and the spout isn’t a problem at all as some other reviews have said, just make sure the top is allowing for air to vent otherwise the inside with create a vacuum and obviously it can’t pour out the bottom at any reasonable speed (think shotgunning a beer). The glasses were nice, the stand is a bit sketchy and we don’t use it, but the product itself is DEFINITELY worth the money for the cost!!

I love the wide opening at the top, it allows me to use various sizes of fruit infused ice. The spout was easy to install and has not leaked. Washing this container is a cinch. The only problem that I have I encountered is that the top has warped a bit. It still fits nicely, even though it is no longer flat...other then that I love it.

I absolutely love this dispenser! The fact it's from c hina scares me a bit as I have heard about contaminated glass being an issue coming from the little China people. The wood stand was not made with care, the 4 vertical pieces were not made equally and not a good fit. Aside from that I still like the dispenser.

This pitcher works for me. I removed the valve on top and inserted two water intake pipes instead, wrapped with a tight paper towel. I now don't have to remove the lid except maybe to clean the pitcher every few weeks. If your spigot leaks, ensure it's tight on both sides, and then it shouldn't.

Used this product for Kombucha and it works fantastic, unless there are gnats in the area. Gnats were able to get around the rim of the lid and through the glass and rubber seal to dance all over my SCOBY. Other than that I love this beautiful product.

Looks great in pictures on website. Reality is item is poorly made with very low quality fixtures. Wood pieces fit together poorly and definitely need to be glued. Purchased 3 gallon model but concerned that base is not stable enough with this tall design to avoid it getting knocked over accidentally.
