Very warm for the weight, could be a little tight depending on your head size
I am constantly trying different toques trying to get the magic combination of a good fit (diameter and length) and warmth and some degree of wind blocking.I figured I would give this one a try and it covers almost all of the bases for me. It is warmer than my double knit wool one, and also does a pretty good job blocking wind. It is long enough to fit not be pulled taunt on the top of my head, but still let me have a full double cuff over my ears.While it does stretch some when wearing , for me it is just on the cusp of feeling too tight. I have not been able to stretch it out permanently as it always goes back to its original shape. Not a bad thing just something to note as, as far as i know, it only comes in one size.
