I bought this after looking a Nootropic that didn't have caffeine. If I'm at the gym, I have a preworkout and if I'm at work then I actually enjoy coffee.I mix this this is 2 litres of water with a preworkout and BCAAs while at the gym and works amazing.On it's own, it's great to have later in the day when you don't want to get buzzing off coffee or at 5pm when you need extra focus when you've finished work.I can't give this 5 stars as it dries up really quickly and you have to hack at it to put it in the drink. If it stayed like a powder then it would get the full stars!Give this stuff a go for a week and you'll notice a difference.
