Love this product. After suffering months with leaky gut/malabsorption of vit and nutrients, adrenal fatigue (12yrs) which no doctors could really address either properly, I decided to start get off of prescription drugs/antacids to healing gut like bone broth and also supplementing w electrolytes since I was assuming my shakey feeling and racey heart was due to low magnesium and potassium ... i tried a very reputable electrolyte powder drink but taste was a bit too much ...& not sure it was doing what i had hoped. Ordered Dr Sinatras drink and i realized how much more stamina i had after a few days...the taste is light and refreshing. I look forward to drinking it actually;) love the individual packets!! Can put in purse in case i forget to take at home. Even gave to a friend to try who has chronic diarrhea so im sure she is loosing electrolytes big time and dehydrated. I normally do not take time to write review but for someone like myself we self treats themselves and has spent tons of money on supplements over 12 yrs i can honestly say this product has made a noticable difference in my life. No more racey heart, calm, hydrated and energized. My mood even feels lifted as exhaustion can effect your mood like anxiety and depression. I will reorder for sure!! Im only about 2 wks into product taking once a day and notice big improvements but just read i can take up to 3x a day;))

My son played in the USA baseball championships in Arizona the month of June. The high was 124 and always 118-119 degrees. Water is good but you need something more to replenish electrolytes than just water. I would give this to my son the night before, morning of game, and after game along with lots of water. This product helped tremendously to keep him from getting heat exhaustion. Lots of kids were getting heat related illnesses but this kept my son fresh and he said he never felt dizzy or nauseated. I monitored him daily for any sign of heat exhaustion and he never showed any sign. Great product to supplement water intake. I never do Gatorade too much sugar and not nearly the high ingredients that Dr. Sinatra has for electrolyte replacement!

I saw a post in which a Dodger player was drinking this to stay hydrated during extreme heat wave in California. So I went ahead and purchased this for my husband, whose a mailman. And I can’t say enough great things about this.Before this my husband would get home from extremely fatigued, headache, feeling lightheaded. And although he still gets home tired from work, he says he feels much better at the end of a work day after drinking this.I have him take 1 before work and 1 after getting home from work. Definitely worth the purchase. I will continue to buy!

Have only been using for a few days so far and usually in the morning when I am feeling dehydrated and do notice an improvement. I do mix with about twice as much water as instructed and the flavor is very pleasant. I detect no victim or mineral flavor nor is it overly salty or sweet. I will continue and when I get close to reordering time will decide to try another brand but so far very happy with this.

I was getting calf cramps during the night while I slept. My nutritionist suggested this supplement. The first day I used it my leg cramps disappeared. She said I was low on salt which I find impossible to believe since I salt my food but there you go

With less sugar and more vitamins and electrolytes (and being able to use less water), I've replaced drinking all other sports drinks / rehydration drinks.I usually drank Pedialyte for hangovers, but this has completely replaced it. I can't scientifically prove it works better, but I think it does.Only drawback is that if you don't like or can't tolerate grape flavored stuff, don't even bother.

My husband and I are in our late 60’s and 70’s, and enjoy working in our yard (almost 2 acres). So, we are glad to have these to keep us hydrated. They taste awesome and help us to stay hydrated!!
