Beautiful, Sturdy and Functional!
Definitely got a ton of compliments from people! Here's my thoughts:Installation:The box came with all that I needed for the install. The instructions were clear. I didn't have issues with the install at all.Function:The 15.4 inch shower arm is definitely a good size for your rainfall shower. I didn't feel like I had to stand close to the wall. The length gave me plenty of room! The hot and cold water adjustments works really well, it's better than my other bathroom which has the hot and cold controls separate (I could never get the temperature right!); with this I didn't have that issue. I now know which angle gives me the perfect temperature and grew to remember it with each use. The shower head swivel action is easy to adjust, it stays in place if I need to make adjustments.Material: Material feels sturdy. The color description for matte black is true to its name. Definitely matches the rest of the matte black look of my bath. I have been using it on/off for 6 plus months now. One thing I did noticed is that I accidentally scratched the knobs and since it is black you will notice the scratches if you look at it. Otherwise no issues so far!

Hallelujah I Found the Perfect Shower Head!
I’m having a bathrobe remodel done. The lack Of flat matte options at my local hardware stores (3) had 1 Only option. It was cheap and lame. I shopped online options and they were limited and expensive. I’m flipping this house & don’t want to spend a lot. I looked on Amazon and found what I wanted. It showed up just in time for the plumber to install. The only snag was the city water line. Once done I’m gonna have a gorgeous, modern shower for a great price!!

Great showerhead for the price
The installation was incredibly easy and quick. The unit is very high quality for the price you pay. I've never had one of these types of showerheads, but I've always wanted one. The flow coming through the head is great and I love the fact that you can set the temperature handle and your temperature mix stays where you put it.I recommend this showerhead to anyone looking for a quality piece at a low price - Compares with units that cost much more.

The quality of the paint 👎
Works fine,The quality is poor, the paint start peeling after 1 year and we don use tha shower to often. I suggest to look for other options.

Great Look & Cost
Pros:CostLookCons:No directions for installationOverall this is a nice looking shower head, it completes the look on our newly renovated shower. My handyman had to figure things out along the way with distance for connections in order to set pipes behind wall. I would recommend buying a second set for the valve for if anything were to go wrong, it would be an easy swap; has plastic parts in valves FYI.

Junk! Broke after only 7 months of use
The media could not be loaded. Do not buy! This product appeared to work great for about seven months. Then the plastic housing towards the back of the showerhead became warped and there is water leaking out the back. Of course it’s too late to return it so I’m stuck with this poor quality product for $120? I will never buy KES products again that’s for certain.

Its being 8 months and so far it being really good, for the price i think its really awesome. Im a handy man with diferent certification and i have work with diferent mixers and this one its a really good and cheap, i definitely recommend people to use this product, i will change my review if anything changes with time.

Second purchase awesome kit
I have flipped houses for years. For the money this is worth it. I love Moen customer service. I haven’t had any issues so far with either of the two units I have bought. So can’t comment on service from KES

Has some small issues but an easy fix
This shower is beautiful but there is an issue with leaking .. it comes with several o’ rings which is great because the leaking is an easy fix with the extra supply

Very easy to install, and looks amazing in my new shower! I love the rainfall head. I get so many compliments. I would say it’s a 10/10 for the money

Not worth the money. Will break and leak
The media could not be loaded. Purchased this in November 2020. We were renovating our bathroom. Finally finished it January this year. Shower was great for first 6 months, now it leaks, and sprays water everywhere. I absolutely do not recommend this showerThe video attached is after my husband tried fixing it already, as it was spraying water up.
