NeoTech CareAnkle Support Brace - Breathable - Men, Women, Right or Left (Gray, Size M, 1 Unit)

When I first opened the package I was sure it was a mistake and I had received a knee brace instead of an ankle/foot support. It is huge. I contacted Amazon about the mistake and had scheduled a return.....a week later I decided to try it. I have used some kind of a stretching support for about five years following a torn Achilles’ tendon and a crushed heel. Some are too tight and difficult to put on, some too bulky, some lose their support after a couple hours. This one I was sure would fall into the too bulky group. It is actually great. Easily fits with all kinds of shoes and boots, very comfortable, consistent all day support without cutting off circulation. I barely know I’m wearing it and am as close to pain free as I have been in years. I’m much more active and don’t even think about that first step anymore. Much more confident going down stairs.

This has a very snug fit. I like to think my legs are on the thin side, and at the right size ordered, it's tight. Not terrible, but definitely snug.I measure at 12, so I ordered a small (11-12.5). I wanted something with extra compression, and honestly this delivers. I was afraid it would be low-moderate since I was on the large end of the size guide.If you are at the end if the size and want a snug compression, order as is. If you are an the end and want light to moderate compression, size up one.Socks feel a little bulky, but I'm used to wearing thin socks with my shoes. Not uncomfortable, I just have to loosen my laces and adjust.In the end, worth it. Would absolutely purchase again.

My husband has tried other ankle supports but they were too thick and ended up hurting more than helping. He has been wearing this (I bought a two pack to save money for when the first one needs to be replaced, he just needs one) for a few days now and he said it's really helping reduce his arthritic ankle pain. He wore it to work and while playing golf, mowing and raking over the weekend. He puts on a sock and then puts the support sleeve over the sock. He said it's comfortable to wear. As for any odor, when I first opened the package there was a slight chemical odor that faded by the end of the day when I left it in my sunroom to air out.

Wanted it for ankle stability, support. According to their chart I ordered a small. It was so tight I couldn’t get it on. Will be returning

These are great! I walk barefoot around the house all the time and these are great for that. It relieves my ankle pain and is definitely helping even with my heels. I’d like to add some padding to the heel but honestly that would be it. These are Nice and breathable cool that you can wear with or without shoes. Thank you so much!

This was the most comfortable Ankle Support I have ever worn. Well made and good quality material.But it didn't help relieve the pain I get on the inside ankle portion.In fairness, none of the 4 supports I ordered and had to return did.I need to have an Orthopedic surgeon examine my ankle.

This is my first time using one of these and I'm not educated about how exactly it's supposed to work, so I gave it 5 stars in case the following are normal experiences.It was a bit tighter than I expected, and the first time I put it on, it threatened to cut off my circulation. (My measurement easily falls within the range for the size I purchased.) However, after the first few hours, it fit comfortably.The surface of my skin feels soreness and itching in places after I take it off. Again, not sure if this is normal or due to the material/texture.

This brace helped me get through the day, kept the swelling down so I did not have to limp. Would buy again
