The quality of Ziploc bags has decreased in recent years, so I only buy these Hefty Sliders. The bags are thick and the sliders glide easily. I use these to freeze meats, sauces, cooking when I have to coat meats, frozen breakfast items, etc. I've never had one get a hole or leak. The current price of $8.90 for 3 boxes is a real bargain because at my local store, these are $3.99 a box. For the current price on Amazon, they're $2.97 a box. Highly recommended!

These are perfect for things that are too big for a standard gallon bag. We keep large bags chips in them (instead of chip clips), I use them for my knitting projects and store just about anything that needs protecting. Zip is easy to use and the bags are as durable as ZipLock brand freezer bags. Great product.

Like that it has a zip tab. I can freeze any foods that I’ve chopped up and cannot leave in refrigerator so I place it in the freezer. Helps my food shopping stay on budget as I tend to buy the bulk-size proteins, etc.

My wife and I hate the cheap zip lock bags that many products come in. They are often a real struggle to reseal and the worst ones never seem to seal - allowing the contents to spill out at the worst possible times.The slider type bags like these seem to guarantee a quick and easy seal every time. People with a physical problem like arthritis should try these, they are easy to use and they don't require any squeezing to close.

These do the job. They're not as thick as some other brands and the one thing that annoys me is that the zipper portion sometimes gaps in the middle. This can usually be fixed by pushing the zipper to the end and closing it again but if you miss this, air will get in which defeats the purpose.

These bags are nice size , they are big and zip lock. and our worth it.

I use these bags almost daily. They are sturdy and the slide top makes them more secure. If using these specifically for freezing, make sure to date your product. My steaks had freezer burn after 2 months but soups and broths were good at the 3 month mark. I also use these for dry storage and for random storage around the house and garage.

I realize that freezer bags are not the biggest problem on the planet, but it actually makes me a little bit happier when the freezer bags close really easy and tight, which these do. Other brands tend to either need a lot of love and attention to make sure they are closed tightly or they seem to magically open in the freezer. These bags close easily and remain closed and re-closes as easily as the first time they were closed, which is great for berries and other things where you might take out a little at a time. They get an A++++
