Nice looking figures, but would like more articulation for the price
So short story: I was in Japan this past December and made a trip out to Diver City in Tokyo where the giant Gundam is located (last minute decision to visit, since we had a few free hours). I had purchased some kits in the past, but was never into them, till that trip. While we were there, my cousin, 7 year old nephew and I discovered that the toys they sell out of vending machines are WAY cooler than what they sell in the US. For 300 yen, you can buy a little figure that's about an inch and a half tall, will movable arms, elbows, heads and legs (Gundam Gashapon Dash). We bought a ton of them, and when we got back to the US, realize that we should have bought more! The Converge figures look very similar, except that they are bigger, and are less SD than the Dash figures (the heads on the Dash figures are probably as big as the torsos), so I ended up purchasing a set. These are definitely very detailed and pretty cool, but they have a lot less articulation, so they're just not as fun. The material used for both are similar, and the detail and paint is comparable on both, and these are about a half inch taller than the Dash figures. The advantage of the Dash over the Converge figures appears to be the extra articulation. So while smaller, they have legs that can move on ball joints as well as both hinged shoulders and elbows. The head, torso and waste are separate pieces as well, so you have both head and waste rotation. The only articulation on the Converge figures appears to be the arms, which are on shoulder pegs, and the weapon hand can rotate. Some have heads on a peg so they can rotate side to side, but this isn't universal. And that is another thing the Dash has over the Converge, the weapons are removable, while the weapons for most of the Converge figures are permanently attached to the hand holding it. All in all, if you know what you are getting, $6 per figure isn't a bad price, especially if you are a Gundam fan and considering these are not widely released. I just wish they were more like the cheaper Gashapon Dash figures, but then again, since those are purchased from a vending machine, you don't know which one you will be getting, so it may end up costing more for those figures, if you're looking for a specific one. 5 stars for looks and being fun little desk-toppers, 3 stars for the lack of articulation and bang for your buck compared to a cheaper figure. So rounded to a solid 4 stars.

Great models
I wanted to introduce my son to the joys of giant robots this Christmas because... giant robots. These are an excellent introduction to the genre. Arms and heads are removable, but can be super glued together if youβre worried about small parts.

Converting to Warhammer 40,000 models
These are what I was looking for. I am not that much of a Gun dam fan. But, these are the right size for me to convert into War hammer 40,000 Tau Crisis Suits. A few bits, like weapons and heads are necessary for the conversion to be convincing though.

it is cool and those parts show some details
it is cool and those parts show some details, but some of the connecting parts are easy to get broken, be careful with these parts

Amazing mini gundams!
Great little gundams! Great price for 6 in 1 box! They're quite small and each have small pieces that you need to attach likeguns, horns or back packs. Not for small children. Legs do not move. Arms and head are solid pieces that can come off easily. Not really an action figure, more for adding to any gundam display!

Good price, good quality, and looks great.
I bought this for my little cousin. They're actually great quality and look very good. They're small SD versions, so they are pretty small, but I'm pretty sure that's apparent here.

Cool little figures
Cool little figures, but kind of expensive for the size and lack of accessories and such. Detail is actually pretty good considering the size.
