Built-in Wine Cooler 15 Inch Dual Zone Compressor Wine Refrigerator with Reversible Door, Child Safety Lock and Compressor Protection Grid

This was the perfect product for our house. We replaced this wine fridge with an ice maker that we never used. I like the dual zones on it and they work well for storing both red and whites and champagne. The racks are easy to pull out with ease and can fit quite a few bottles on each rack. I have been able to fit 5. But you have to do 3 bottom side in then two top side in between them if you wish to do that. The only minor thing is that on the bottom shelf of mine I wasn't able to pull a bottle off the bottom shelf without pulling out the shelf. Otherwise really have enjoyed this wine fridge!

Generally speaking this is a great fridge unit. The word of caution I might provide is the lower 2 racks in the lower section are actually only tall enough for a standard bottle of wine. The are not long enough to take say a desert wine bottle. So be aware of this when comparing space for bottles and the personal need.

Purchased this in July, 2019. Had it for a couple of weeks before installing it (it replaced the space taken up by an old trash compactor). Four months later, it has started to make a loud horrible sound every time the fan kicks on. It is dying a slow and painful death. Contacted Amazon - they can’t help me, say to contact the manufacturer. Contacted the manufacturer - CRICKETS. They won’t respond AT ALL. So I paid almost $550 for a wine cooler that isn’t going to make it 5 months and absolutely no one will even respond. Do not waste your money!UPDATE: After my second attempt at contacting the manufacturer, below is a copy/pasted response of what I received this morning, 12/29/19. Buyer beware. The cooler is so loud that It must turned off at night. The sounds kicks on every few minutes and last for a few minutes. All day and night , every day. We have followed all the troubleshooting instructions to no avail. There is no customer service available.Also, the door is not reversible.

We have had this wine refrigerator for almost a month in use now and it is working great. Temp is maintained in dual zones and refrigerator runs quietly. This was our 2nd purchase of a wine refrigerator after the 1st one we bought which was thermoelectric did not maintain dual zones in the temperature range and we returned that one. I have been very pleased with this unit.

The packaging was exceptional thank goodness because the box had a rough time getting here. The wine cooler was fine and it seems to be working great. Love the look, dual temps is wonderful.

The key pad which controls temperature for the dual zones, light, on/off , etc. did not work. Also the name on the owner's manual was "Worthyear" the name on the Amazon ad and the unit itself was "Worthyeah". Total lack of quality control. I had to speak with 6 different Amazon employees to finally get a refund.
