Barbie Toy Story 3 Made For Each Other Gift Set

These are not accurate replicas from the movie Toy Story 3 but they are close enough. My son is 3.5 years old and has pretty much all the characters from the movie so these were a cool addition. I want to note though that the accessories pictured do not come with the dolls so be aware before purchase. It's a little misleading (but for my purpose it didn't matter at all because he's not playing with these the way a kid really into Barbies would - the Barbie didn't have these accessories in the movie so my son isn't missing them when he plays out scenes from the film using his TS3 figures or makes up his own story line using them).

***I bought this for $35 or something close to that. The price is now $55+. Disregard my "value" comments. Cost is ridiculous now.***I'm not sure you can get these two items separately for this price. Even if your kid likes nicer clothes, you can by those separately anyway to their own personal taste - you'll have more $ left over for them. Ken is classic, which is nice for genx moms who sneak a play with them here and there (not admitting to anything). But if your kid loves Toy Story in the first place, you're all set!

My kids love this Ken and Barbie set. My only issue is that the pants on Ken keep falling off. That only started after a 4/5 months of sporadic play and it's too the point where I'm going to need to alter the pants or tape them on him. Annoying, but the kids do love the dolls and they are just like the Toy Story movie.

Last year when I saw the movie Toy Story 3 I was sad to find it was the last one, after my little sister saw the movie she had my mom if she will buy her barbie and ken, but when my mom look up the dolls she saw that they sold out this disappointed my sister alot. On saturday I was just look ing around amazon and I saw the dolls so I bought them. I recommend these dolls for anyone with an annoying sister, niece, cosin, or granddaughter.

I bought this set for my daughter and son so that they can play together. The dolls are cute. Just disappointed that it doesn't come with accessories. I really wanted them. The image on the Amazon even shows the accessories. I think it should be removed.

my grandaughter asked for these dolls and they were selling out everywhere, I was glad to find them. Her mother played with the originals back in the early 80s and she and I knew the dolls were not perfect matches to the originals, particularly ken, but my grandaughter is very happy with them, and that's what matters.

I bought this set for my 3 yr old. I have been pleased overall with it but a bit disappointed in Barbie's clothes. The material that her outfit is made out of is wearing out very quickly. The toy isn't a month old yet and already there is less dense covering on Barbie's boobies. That is really the only negative thing about the set.
