Fit perfectly on 2000 dodge Dakota v-6 manual transmission. Good price

Installed this on a 1997 Dodge Dakota pickup. The pipe appeared to be very good quality. My only beef was the amount of sticker and sticker residue on affixed to the pipe. Good grief. Still, it was a fairly easy pipe to replace. In hindsight, I did not realize that there were kits that could repair the flanges that slide up the pipes to connect to the exhaust manifold. Mine were badly corroded and the bolts were gone or nearly gone. Had I spotted the repair kits at the parts store first, I probably would have tried that route as it would have been a cheaper attempt to get the truck back on the road quicker. As it was, it took me a couple days of fiddling around with this, a broken bolt in the manifold itself (previous owner's attempt at replacing the gasket), and trying to separate this front exhaust pipe where it connects to the catalytic converter. Yikes...remind me not to use standard exhaust clamps. The price may be cheap but it's pretty near impossible to separate the items you have clamped. Better to use an exhaust band clamp and save yourself some frustration down the road.

Just a warning it's not the same as the picture shows when I got mine I happened to check the inside of the pipe and where the two pipes are welded together on the in side it's juts a 1in hole cut in the pipe

Is good part and easy to install

I have a 97 Ram 1500 3.9L 2WD and I looked into this and it said it wouldn't fit. I reached out to a couple other sellers and was told the same by all. The only problem I had with this answer is they told me it would fit the 97 Dakota 3.9L and the V8 engines in both the Dakota and the Ram but it supposedly wouldn't fit the 3.9L in the full body dodge. So, I figured I was going to spend the $60 and buy it and if it didn't fit, I'd return it. So, it fit!

This fit my headers but is definently not OEM size for the outlet. I have a stock 1992 dodge dakota 5.2L and it is much smaller then my original y pipe. I would have giveb 5 stars if it actually fit without and extra connector.

Fits well, decent cheap y-pipe for my Dodge 5.2 Magnum V-8. The bends are crush bent, but it works well for the price. The biggest complaint is that this part will be covered in stickers when it arrives. You will need a hair dryer or heat gun to remove these stickers, they will not budge without a good amount of heat.
