It is a wonderful drum! It’s just the right heighth and weight for a woman. I am 5’2” and a regular-sized drum is difficult for me to handle. I am just thrilled with this purchase. The sound is great and it is beautiful. Thank you. I am proud to be a participant of the Africa Heartwood Project.

AHP decal on drumhead
Totally awesome sound and tuning. Authentic to the region.Reason for review and minus one star, is that the photo shows no logo on the head.However the AHP logo is indeed stamped on the drum-head on the skin. Like it is on my other AHP drum. However I was hoping for no decal on this one.Still, drum is fantastic so I don't mind much.
