Works Perfectly with My Surface
This works perfectly with my Surface Pro 3. I replaced the original Microsoft Power supply that stopped working because the wires were frayed. The only thing this one doesn't have that the original does is a USB port on the brick.

Works well. 1st one stopped working after a year.
This works as well as the Microsoft charger, however this is a replacement for the first one I bought from this company because it stopped working after a year. I can’t vouch for how long this will last.

Was wondering why my laptop only charged sometime
Daughter purchased a laptop for me. Didn’t know why or have the heart to tell her it doesn’t always charge. This made it like new again

Awesome replacement
Perfect replacement for my broken OG power cord. Was sceptical due to the price, but it is an AMAZING charger, and the bit of extra length is really nice too! One bad side is my old charger had a extra port thingy (blanking on the name sorry) on it where you could plug your charger cord into the base of it's power bank and charge an extra whatever along with your computer. I'd charge my phone or iPod while my surface was charging, it was nice. This one doesn't have that capability, so thats my one little complaint. Other than that, absolutely perfect, it's magnetic where it needs to be, and it doesn't overheat, perfect. 🦄

This cord works for my Surface Pro 3 (written by Nichelle)
I'm writing this review 1/10/20, I bought this cord 10/3/19. I haven't any issues with this cord yet. I think the other people using this product might have been too rough with it, it's an electrical cord with wires in it. It's not meant to be yanked from the socket, stepped on and pulled while under foot (even if it was an accident), constantly be folded which could caused wires inside to weaken and break or snap, it shouldn't be vacuumed, used as a chew toy, or jump rope. If at anytime any power cords are treated that way they will stop working. I haven't traveled with mine yet, I have a trip coming up on the 14th, I will put the cord in a separate compartment of my bag, and instead of folding it the way it was when I got it in the mail; i'll leave it unraveled to prevent wear and tear. My son ordered this for me, I read the reviews that after 4 months it just stopped working. So I (Nichelle) will write back after the 4 months to let you know if the way I treat the cord is why it still works, or if for no reason at all the cord truly just stops working. Until then...

Junk, not even allowed to return
The item charges slow, like absurdly slow (literally almost all day to charge even while device is turned off) but I can live with that.Within months I had to disconnect power cord from power brick then re-connect or hold the cable at a certain angle or unplug/re-plug to get charging to start. Now less than a year later it won't charge whatsoever. I went to Amazon's web site & pressed the "return" option, the process took a while of waiting on hold (almost like they wanted to see if I would just keep waiting and waiting) but spoke to someone who said I would be contacted in 2 or so days with return instructions which I thought was really odd considering Amazon is so very automated.I've waited over a week and no one has contacted me, no one provided return instructions and now the return button on the item itself has disappeared.In the end it's not much money, my frustration and disappointment comes from the principal of the matter. If you advertise that I can return the item then you make me wait on hold all that time, then you tell me to wait a few days, then you never get ahold of me then there's no way to contact you it's like you know it's a hassle to go through this process and you're banking on people getting discouraged and throwing their arms up and walking away and that's what really frustrates me and it's demeaning to treat people like that. It probably cost you what single digit dollars to replace this item but no you'd rather pull stunts like this.Buy beware, it's a junk item, it'll take 8+ hours to charge your surface pro, the item will be faulty and when it stops working (rather quickly as well) you'll be screwed out of a return.
