not a hitter
some facts are helpful. but it is not true that when you read his book and memorize it , and follow the advices, you can successfully locate and retrieve the yamashita treasure. its not entirely accurate. the author might not be a hitter. he did not even discuss anti detector and decoys. locating japanese buried items is not easy. it cannot even be located using a metal detector generally . almost in all cases, there are anti detector on top of the real items. while there are decoys encircling the real item. those decoys are the one that can be detected by a metal detector. the real items are safe from the metal detector because of the anti detector materials .generally, it is not true that in one treasure site, there is only one treasure. there are so many treasures in one treasure area, with varied volume and varied depths (2 feet, 4 feet, 12 feet, 17 feet, 20 plus feet, 48 feet, 70 plus feet, the chamber volumes and the bunker volumes.the purpose of the existence of the shallow treasures is to protect the bigger volumes (the shallower, the smaller, the deeper the bigger).small items are just like 1 feet x 1 feet x 1 feet x 1 feet and mostly contain small boxes. and the decoys are laden everywhere. or various decoys encircle the real item. if you widen the hole, the traps are there. thus, it is imperative not to widen the small hole.more than small items are drums, usually 3-4 drums, small drums. very small drums. they are usually encased in cement. the decoys also encircle them, usually 8 feet away per decoy. there are at least 6-8 decoys per one real item. real items are laden with anti metal detectors.slightly medium items are small septic tanks and they are usually sliding in 45 degree position. again, they are laden with anti metal detectors. what your metal detector can detect are decoys , or rocks with small gold dust. or sometimes decoys can also be a single gold jewelry.water and engineering sliding design go hand in hand when retrieving a treasure. it is never easy. i have encountered so many times real treasure vaults. recovering it is the single biggest failure of my life. i really dont know how to lift it up without it sliding. most of the 2 feet items are gone , except for the areas where it is fenced and no intruders have stolen such 2 feet items before. usually they are liquid oils placed on small drums.how can you successfully find yamashita treasure when the method of locating the said treasure is metal detector? i agree that you may find it by luck or by chance. but if you seek it, as a general rule, i doubt you can find your yamashita treasure if you use metal detector, as advised by the book. u will find decoy instead most of the time..
