The fishing net came in a reasonably small pack but once assembled, which took only a couple of minutes, it is of very good size. The handle and hoop are made from stainless steel and they feel very strong. Much better than the ones made from plastics or aluminium alloy. It is a bit heavy but not too bad. I mainly use it to clean our pond, which it does an excellent job. The net is tangle free and after a few uses it looks quite robust. The only gripe I have got is that the telescopic handle sometimes slips as it is a bit difficult to twist it to a fully locked position. But I guess that might have something to do the heavy aquatic weeds I am trying to catch and pull...

Great little net to carry around lightweight managed to pull on a 13 pound pike even though it was too big for the net so really strong

bought this to transfer my koi into a new pond all of which are a couple of pound in weight, after catching three net started to bend after catching six the rivets on the net frame snapped. The only thing this net is any good for is catching minnows. don,t waste your money on this product

Nicely made and feels very sturdy, being all-stainless steel rather than cast aluminium with all the reports of fatigue breakages that the other types get on Amazon.I intend to use it on my kayak for fishing, and although it's fairly big, I think with a 3M length boat it will fit fine. I don't think this will float, so make sure you attach it with a leash or something!
