Love this mug! Sturdy packaging and looks exactly like the picture. I also bought one as a gift and they loved it too! Love that it is dishwasher and microwave safe. One drawback is the ceramic is pretty thin so the cup is pretty hot when you pour a fresh cup of coffee. Otherwise love it!
