I have used Nature's Bounty Biotin and other products for years they are a good quality products at a good price.

I like this product because it helps keep my nails strong and keeps my hair from turning completely gray.

Works well and easy to swallow.

I think my fingernails are stronger and they grow faster. I don't notice that it does anything for my hair. Honestly I've had other brands that I like more. There's another brand available on Amazon that's coconut oil infused and I believe I saw better results from it.Also, this is pretty petty, but these just don't look very good. Like, no pizzazz. Those coconut oil infused ones looked straight up decadent.

I have heard great things about supplementing Biotin. These pills come super small and easy to swallow, i am taking one a day as recommended and the value of this bottle is fantastic in comparison to the market.

I used to buy the 10000 mg nature's bounty biotin but it went up in price. So I switched to this without realizing these were only 5000 mg. Oh well, it is lot cheaper. Nature's bounty makes a quality product.

This is a repeat purchase.
