I purchased this to replace my failing pixel 3xl i purchased new at launch, this phone is just as good.Battery tests at 100%Screen is flawlessNo scratches on the caseLooks, feels, and acts brand new.I had an issue with the vibrator function on my phone and the company addressed it quickly.If i needed to get another phone i would buy this product again.

Carrier Unlocked, but not OEM unlocked
Phone arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly, I am returning the devise because it is not OEM unlocked. it is locked to the Verizon bootloader.

For a refurbished and temporary phone it isn't bad
Great product. Cheap replacement for my S20+ that was stolen. Not too bad for a refurbished phone. The speaker is there sound does work. However, the screen for the speaker is pushed in.

Waste of money
Battery only lasts about 2 hours when fully charged. Only had this phone for about 2.5 months and it suddenly stopped working won't turn on won't charge won't do any of the things the Amazon tech support said to do. I highly suggest not buying a refurbished phone. If you do you better buy the extended warranty so at least there's an option for a free replacement smh. This is the 3rd amazon renewed refurbished or whatever they call a used phone and they never last more than 6 months lesson learned

Pixel for life!
Havearly is a great seller with excellent products as described. Quick response and the phone itself is a beast among other phones for a value phone. I love Google products and there phones are incredibly universal with wherever you go literally. It's faster than I can blink and love the storage with the unlocked network. Seems to work, but scratched/dented and dirt/debris embedded in speakers
Returned one Google Pixel (that wasn't holding charge for long) for new refurbished phone. Was sent a replacement that was dirty and scratched--looked like it was dropped several times. Returning this one now as well.

Does just about everything you need
I don't use lots of features. But I like size of phone/screen, hotspot usage, Chromecast, length of battery charge.
