Pretty easy to install
Just a bit difficult to connect the retaining springs (but no big deal) if you have large hands, since your hands blocks your view of the connection process. Other than that they are great.

Replacement for outdoor light fixture
My old fixture was brittle and broken. This fit perfectly as a replacement

CAUTION - 4TSA adapter may be required for installation!
There is a small note on the packaging, but nowhere on the product description --> "NOTE: Old style housing (TC1/TC44/TC914) must have one plaster frame screw loosened and the re-tightened after adapter (4TSA) installation.)" Now we are on the hunt for the adapters; our lamps were most likely installed by the original homeowners in 1991.UPDATE: After installing with the adapter ring, the trim STILL did not fit as neatly and left a large gap between the trim & the ceiling. Installation was performed by a state-licensed Journeyman Electrician! JUNO has really dropped the quality ball on this one. (We were able to extract the center baffle from the trim ring and use it with only minor modifications with the OLD trim ring for a tight fit to the ceiling.)
