Great light up shoes for big kids
I’m so happy I found these! Stride Rite are the only shoes that hold up to my 5 year old on the playground. We looked for shoes that were pink and had lights, but being a size 1 there were very few options. We tried these and for the looks and price they can be beat. She says they’re comfortable and wears them to basketball, school, and outside to play. She’s had them for two months and they still look new with all the lights working. We’ll repurchase in a bigger size when she outgrows her current pair.

Excellent!
These are a great purchase. The colors are true to the photo, they're well made, and they are true to size. I will say that the opening where you slide your foot in is a bit smaller than we're used to with Stride Rite, for this particular model, which is why I marked them as one notch lower than "Fits as Expected". They do relax a bit with wear, so it's not the end of the world, but a good thing to know.

Had to return them because the wide was way too small. My daughter was really disappointed but she could barely get her foot in because of the opening type and even then, the style is just very narrow even though we purchased wide.

I like the double Velcro closing
My granddaughter loves these shoes! She wears them every day to school and they have held up well. I like the double Velcro closing, which keeps the shoe secure. However, the opening to put the shoe on is narrow and hard to get the foot into the shoe. Once the foot is in the shoe, the fit is great. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Cute and accurate size
Super cute shoes that are very sturdy. My only small con is that they are a little difficult for my daughter to get on.

These shoes arrived without the box, which was not specified in the description. I am now doubting that they are real Stride Rites.

Mom & Kid Approved!
Finding shoes with a wide width is limited and can be pricey, but not this pair! My daughter loves the color and the lights! I love that I was able to find a wide shoe for a fair price. Plus she can easily put them on and off by herself!
